The repairs to my car were handled efficiently and timely. I was impressed with the seamless coordination between my insurance company, Service King and Enterprise. All I had to do was drop off my car and then choose the car I wanted to rent. Couldn’t have been easier! I thought I might not have my car for 2-3 weeks but I got it back on day 5. Julian Menchaca was courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of the repair. His gentle demeanor made me comfortable. I especially liked the daily updates on the stages of repair.

The repair took an excessive amount of time, much of it due to Tesla’s parts system but also because the repairmen were not knowledgable about the Tesla’s software. Need more training.
