The detailer who cleaned my car didn't do his job properly, I had "dead paint"on my back driver side panel/rear door. It looks like he attempted to take the short route and wetsand over spray off instead of clay baring and polishing. I also had a 2-3 paint gash and paint chip on my back passenger side bumper that wasn't there when I dropped off my car. Overall I am deeply dissatisfied.

Kimberley kept us totally informed all during the repairs. When I picked up my car, she told me what repairs had been done to my car. She encouraged me to look at the repairs and discussed with me how to care for the paint job done on my car. Kimberley was always professional and very helpful. I'm very pleased and satisfied.

The only problem is the rubber band under the hood has s little damage. It keeps the hood from slamming on too the other side. I will bring it back tomorrow It's not a big deal but my husband says itneedsr
