Still noticed imperfections on the finished body work once I got home. The direct sun on the repaired area brought out more noticeable.

Over spray and fish eye on the top cab of truck. Need to return it for paint repair

The auto at the time of delivery had over spray paint all over, the rubber seals were partially painted and over spray paint, the interior had paint dust. It is poor quality repair performed, it looks horrible. Please do it correct and contac me with an explanation. George Malcolm / Melita P

There was a gentleman by the name of Rich that was extremely careful about explaining everything I was going to be done with my vehicle also spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brian was in charge of service king it was very professional and very polite and very helpful

From the time I enter Service King everybody was very helpful & professional. I had to wait for a ride, since I didn't have rental car on my policy, during my wait I especially liked the drink center and the fresh cookies. Thank you for repairing my car and returning it to me quickly. :)

I was rear ended by a USSA member. His insurance company sent me to Service KING and I'm so glad they did. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. My service advisor,Kimberly Gray,was exceptional.She explained every thing about the process and kept me informed every step of the way.Every thing was handled seamlessly. I know it is challenging to provide such good service while being so busy and Service King was topnotch. Ms. Gray is a tremendous asset to your company.
