Service King laptop me informed as the work progressed. The job was completed ahead of schedule. However I failed to remove my I Pod from the plug in my console and a thief employee lifted it.

Kimberly Gray kept me updated on the progress of the car every two days as promised. It was ready in a timely amount of time. The work was done to our satisfaction. The only issue we had was the "check engine light," which was not on when the car was dropped off, came on immediately when my husband started the car in the Service King parking lot. The "maintenance will be required soon" light was on as well, but that light came on a day or two prior to dropping off the car at Service King and Ms. Gray was aware of this. In any event, something wasn't quite connected correctly when the car was returned, but my husband was able to locate the issue and fix it quickly. It appears highly likely the "check engine" light was on after the car was reassembled, but it was ignored by everyone who started the car. Nevertheless, we like Service King and will continue to recommend you to family and friends.
