Everyone was courteous, efficient and friendly. Remy answered all my questions and kept me updated on progress of my repairs. Repairs were done expertly and sooner than I expected. I got personal and prompt service as well. I would recommend Service King to anyone needing automotive repairs. And I definitely would use Service King should the need arise. I’ve been lucky enough to have had Kimberly as my point of contact at Service King for the last several vehicles my wife and I have owned that needed some work done for one reason or another. She’s amazing. Very efficient, communicates well, and is just a pleasant person to interact with...which is rare in that industry. She’s the reason I’ll continue to go back to service king for future mishaps.
