There is a gap and I can see the bracket in the rear fender. I am concerned that the bending of the bracket and forcing it to try to close will eventually come loose down the road. I believe a new evaluation is needed. A comment that is the best we can do is not acceptable. I should get my car back as it was before the person that hit the car. That is why not replacing the rear bumper is going to work.
Also I feel that my kid did not have to point out that it was better to wait for me to
go over to give my final approval. When someone ends with "do you have any questions or concerns" with a minor is like they want them to accept the car without the presence of an adult.
I feel that taking my car to Service King was the right choice.

Kelly McClain did a great job making the process of repairing my '99 Suburban as easy as possible from start to finish. I also had great support from Kyler in the Enterprise rental center attached to the service shop. From a strict customer service standpoint, I could not have asked for a better experience. The reason I could not answer yes to the question about being completely satisfied was the quality of work. I have had trouble opening the rear gate of my vehicle since the rear-end collision which prompted my visit to the shop. The difficulty in operation is something I pointed out to Kelly when I delivered the vehicle. When I was first notified that the work was complete and went to pick up the vehicle, the rear gate stopped opening altogether. Kelly kept the vehicle one more day and managed to get it working, but it was still not quite right (i.e. it would still bind up and not pop open properly). I took it apart this weekend and spent about an hour adjusting and lubricating everything, and now it works as it did pre-collision. I know I am particular about my vehicles, which makes me a difficult customer, but if you want to completely satisfy someone like me the workmanship needs to be second to none. I also noticed some variations in the finish of the tailgate, with one small section having an "orange peel" appearance as opposed to being smooth. Because it is an old truck with its fair share of body imperfections, I'm not so concerned about this, but I thought it to be at least worth mentioning. Thanks for your attention to customer service and follow-up.

My car was repaired in a shorter time than estimated, so that was wonderful news. It looks great and the staff was friendly and professional.
You never want to have to deal with collision repair, but it's good to know that there are such friendly receptionists and expert technicians on staff.

From the estimate of the damage, until picking my car up , the experience was fantastic. They kept me informed of progress each day. When I picked it up they had washed it! What they did to repair it was explained to me. I felt very well informed and a valued patron. I will use them again if need ever arises , Taryn Jones was very clear in describing what was done. She sent detailed text also. Very friendly warm employee. Took time to explain things done! Very friendly!
