Wish other companies would take lessons from your customer service methods. One doesnt find that much follow up anymore. It's my son's first truck and he's pretty happy how y'all treated his truck. Thanks..

Interior was dirty with what appeared to be paint or sanding residue. It was all over the leather front and rear. The driver mat was. Overexposed in white residue. Was told by insurance company that if I chose service king it would be washed and vacuumed prior to returning it to me. Let's hope the repairs were done with better care than used on my interior. The car only had 500 miles on it! Now I have to have it detailed!

Sean answered all our questions and kept us informed of the progress as it happened. One girl answering the phone needs a little customer service training but overall I would recommend this location to anyone needing service.

Always great service. The only critique I would give is to have the inside of the car cleaner upon delivery - I had to clean off grease from inside of door and seat.

well it took li ger than i was told they jept obe of my new tires that i asked for repestedly they did not charge the battery causing my daughter to break down and for the last week got no updates i live 3.5 hours away so all this was stressful
