Mr. Robert Austin was great, he make sure that our truck was fix with all the parts it needed. We were very please with his comments and his help with our needs and concerns about our truck. I explained a tire was bad from the accident. Over inflated it to come to the shop. The air shock at the same location was replaced but nothing done or reply when asked was ever explained. I-35W south of Ft Worth store. Insurance claim

There was some breakdown in communication between my service agents at the counter and the shop. I went to pick up my car on Saturday and found that some of the work was substandard and some had not been done at all. My rep. (Kyle) took care of it. I picked my BMW up the following We'd. And everything was great. I feel that Kyle took care of the issues quickly and am sayisfied with the work performed. It helped that they did a great job of getting my car ready and cleaning it. It's unfortunate that things like this happen but I understand and would refer people to Kyle. Not so sure about Service King but I am sure about my rep. (Kyle) Kyle did exactly what I expect my reps to do. He bridged the gap between the parties involved and made it right. Service King hit the jackpot with Kyle. Kyle is the blueprint for customer service reps.

James, and his team did an awesome job...He communicated the progress on my vehicle and what was being done perfectly. They were on time with all of the repairs and a pleasure to deal with. A car accident can be a very frustrating thing, and James and his team made it so much better a relaxing experience... They did an excellent job!
