Terry Weiss, my Service Advisor, was absolutely fantastic. His customer service was the best I've ever experienced. My car was delivered before it was promised with drop-off and pick up being extremely easy and worry free. I loved the updates via text and email are great and I knew what was happening every step Of the way. I'd never used Service King before but I will definitely return should I need your services and make sure I refer others to this location and Terry. Thanks for a great experience and exceeded expectations!!

Headlight fixture is still broken. Was not fixed in original repairs and now I am going to have to bring it back in for work that should have been completed the first time.

My car looks like new, but after i inspected it. i found a headlight broke, also they were supposed to repair a small dent in the hood, but they didn't. They clean te interior and did a good job overall and I appreciated, but what i don't apprecciate is that they knew about the dent on the hood and the healight broke but didn't mention anything about it, the clerk on duty took pictures of the damage and said that they will call me for repair. After i waited almost a month to have my car back, I'm going to have to take it back to the shop for repair again, for something that they were supposed to repair the first place.
