Worse experience I have ever encountered and it isn't over yet!!! The most incompetent employee and service personnel I have ever had to deal with and it isn't over yet. How about telling one your car is ready, drive 18 miles and the car isn't ready; telling me the trunk was working the day before "I saw it working". The trunk lid had to be replaced and repainted. The paint job totally unacceptable, unless one likes the " orange peel " effect. Now it's duck and hide no one wants to give me a completion date. You have not met or even come close to fixing the problem. My next step is to get the news agency involved to see if I can help in getting my car back. After all, it's only been six weeks!!! You really need to change your name. There is no service in your organization. King of what you morons.

Rick F. was awesome! He stayed in touch to keep me updated on repairs and answered any questions I had while my vehicle was in the shop. Rick made sure to stay in contact with my insurance so I didnt have to worry about anything! thank you rick!

My car was fixed when they said it would be. At first they said it would take longer, but when I told them I was having to pay for rental car myself , they got it done!
