Let me preface this comment by saying that I am 45 years old and this is my first time with an insurance claim. My vehicle is still with a finance company, the insurance company was not my own, so there were multiple parties involved. Daniel, and the fine group at the west loop 820 Service King made it very easy for me, and I felt very confident when I dropped my Jeep off. The Enterprise on site rental agency put me in a modern, well maintained, and clean rental on the spot. Daniel kept me well informed and returned my Jeep, not only repaired, but detailed and looking better than I left it with him. The repairs were flawless. I was extremely happy with the way Daniel handled my entire claim, and while I hope I don't need their services, I know I will be well taken care of if I do. Superb job! Thank you, and your crew.

Though the job took longer than expected, Jerry kept me posted throughout the experience, both through texts and personal phone calls. There was a small scratch on the part that they painted when I picked up the car, but they fixed it without drama, which I totally appreciate.
