Your rep "John" kept us informed every step of the way. If there was going to be a delay in the "finished" date, John kept us informed. He was always informative and kind when he called to "update" us. I appreciate someone that keeps on top of things. We had a delay in delivery and were informed when the next date would be and why the delay was happening. Thank you John and Service King.

I met with Phil and Justin. I had an appt. and did not have to wait. They were ready to help. They were thorough in their explanation of what to expect. I have been to this location for repairs twice and was completely satisfied both times.

The repair was done exceptionally well, and in a very timely fashion. The repair bill was also very close to the original estimate, also done by service king. Status updates were timely, accurate and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
