It took 10 days longer than originally estimated to put a new front bumper on my murano.... I would hate to see the delays for a real body repair!

I really appreciated our service advisor Greg Walsh. He went out of his way to keep me informed of my car's repair status. I asked if he could update with text messages and he did daily. We were also in a time crunch to get our car back and he stayed late to ensure that it was fixed and to allow us to pick it up so that we could leave town the following day.... and our car looks great!

This place is awesome! Everyone is very helpful, courteous and a job well done. Damon was my rep this time. He was great. He kept me posted, and was very much on top of things. Mike was my rep last time you fixed my front bumper, just a couple weeks prior. He also was terrific at keeping me informed. Service King in FW on Loop 820, gets all my referrals and business!
