You cannot get accurate feedback with a simple, one question, yes or no, survey. I was mostly satisfied, but I don't understand how body work was done on the outside of my car, yet the driver's seat was adjusted and several other things changed in the interior of my car -- my phone charger was unplugged and moved and the radio station changed...

Jarvis **** did an incredible job helping me through a difficult situation where my car was damaged in a wreck. He was thoughtful and concerned for my well being first and then did an outstanding job ensuring that my car was PERFEcT when it came out of the shop. Jarvis was my technician. We had a complicated claim & he was extremely professional & kept in touch with me through out a six week process. Over the years we have used Service King several time. This was, BY FAR, the best service & repair job. Ever! He deserves a huge raise! I suspect all of his clients feel the same. I will refer friends & family to Service King & have them SRVIFICLLY request Jarvis. I made sure to tell the manager there the day we picked up our truck the exceptional customer service I received.
