They could not find car for 30 minutes, then they found car but could not find the keys, mechanic lock keys in the tool box, I waited another 30 minutes for the car. The car had a crooked hitch hook up and missing trim. I need to go back on Monday. Front staff very nice, workers are sloppy and the work wq as not verified by the manager.

This is my second experience with Service King. Both times have I have been more than satisfied. The complete experience from start to finish has been extraordinary. Kevin Hawkins was very professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

I truly appreciate the kindness Stephanie and all the staff at Service King provided me. Kayla was amazing by getting my car fixed in such a timely manner, and she kept informed on what was happening with my vehicle. Kayla and Stephanie made me feel life a person and not a number and to me that is priceless in this day and time. I will definitely recommend Service King to all my friends and family!

Very bad customer services my vehicle was done nothing to it and bumper was not repaired still scratches on and even lose than it was. my insurance was charged more than $600 for nothing. I chosed this shop because of the big name but nothing I will never services any of my vehicles with service king and will not recommend anyone. Bad!! Bad!! Bad!!

I was giving the run around on completion date, missed 2 weeks of work due to my situation and what I was told by service advisor. All the scratches were not removed, some body panels and molding/trim did not line up properly. There were new scratches that were not there before. The truck was completely filthy and disgusting when I picked it up, rear tire sensor on new wheel didn't even work. Completely dissatisfied with my service and once all issues are corrected I will NEVER use service king again nor will I refer anybody to service king.

Parts don't fit peoperly, parts were left with rough spots prior to painting, 3 day job took a week waiting on parts the we're sent incorrectly.
