Invoice was 500 higher than estimate. Back seat of car was dirty and had paint on upholstery and door. Parts were left on floor of car and not installed. Worst repair experience I ever had. I will tell everyone I know that they should stay away from Service King. Ed Welch

My experience was sooooo surprisingly professional yet friendly from the first person I talked to on the phone the service was exceptional. The lady at the front desk was so efficient and knew exactly how to get the **** rolling. Sid took over The whole process with a professional yet oh so easy to like and trust persona!! So refreshing!! The rent car was there to pick me up very quickly and the driver was easygoing and took care of the transition smoothly and quickly. The texted updates were the icing on the cake. What a great experience to do business with Service King!!! I will be spreading the word to let everyone know how awesome you all are! My car looks beautiful and perfect and it was so clean!! The updates in the status was great. The customer service was wonderful. The car looks good but there is a part where the paint is bubbled and needs to be corrected on the hatch lip.
