Generally, it was fine, but... Please remember that your customers are not there spending money on something that they want to. I was not happy that someone hit me after running a red light and it was costing me my 500 deductible. A joke about extra cost for a day of storage was not funny to me. I was never able to get a hold of my service person on the phone ... I get it. He is busy too. But telephone tag is unproductive. He should answer questions on return messages instead of just leaving a message for me to call him back. I think my car is ok, but certainly worth less than it was before he accident, again a financial loss for me due to the fault of someone else.

Mark Lowe went above and beyond to inform me daily about my car, I can honestly say I've never experienced customer service so superb like this and I'm in the medical field where it's a must and I would love too see it at this level at my job too!
