Actually, we are pleased with the final product for our car. The original color was off but David and his team heard our concerns and worked very hard to get the paint color just right and got us our car the very next day. My only complaint happened early in my experience and it was with Rachel when I first called the facility. She was courteous and tried to answer my questions well but when I told her I'd like to speak to someone else because I just didn't think she was fully understanding my question or either I wasn't fully understanding her answer, she abruptly put me on hold while I was speaking. Next thing I know, Carissa was on the phone. Basically, it was rude, and I let Carissa know that I didn't appreciate that treatment because I was not belligerent or rude to Rachel, I was just persistent with my question and I think I frustrated her. Carissa was fantastic the entire way through and thoroughly understood and answered all my questions. She greeted me enthusiastically when I dropped my car off as well. She was a great listener and represented Seevice King very well. She took me from angry at Rachel for her poor transition, to scheduling a time I could bring my car in. That's excellent customer service. I have my own business teaching people how to communicate, so my reason for this note is to helpful. I don't think Rachel needs to be reprimanded, just reminded that no matter how many questions a customer has, they have the right to get them answered from whomever can communicate the answer the best. You cannot lose your patience, or if you do feel like that might happen, kindly ask them to hold while you find someone else who may be able to answer their question. You are a service business so customer service must be top notch if you want referrals from loyal customers. Because you had repaired my son's car in the past, and I knew the quality of your work, I still brought in my car. But if that phone call had been my first experience, I guarantee you I would have taken it elsewhere. So overall, I'm completely pleased with the end product for our car, I would use your services again and I would also recommend you to others.

I was skeptical using Service King again considering the horrible experience my husband and I experienced last year. The staff at this location are professional, polite, and very attentive to their customers. Daniel, the service manager, was amazing since day one. Daniel made me feel at ease when I handed him my keys after being in a four car pile up and being rear ended. Daniel told me approximately four weeks and got the job done in three! What else can I say, I'll recommend this location of Service King to anyone I know. Great job Daniel and team, keep up the awesome work. -Acia L

I really appreciate Service King taking care of my repairs. Brandon was most helpful and Car is, I apogize if I misspelled name, was very welcoming and hospitable. She knew my name as soon as I walked in the door. That made me feel very special. The only complaint I have is the telephone system was always having trouble. There were times the phone would just ring, sometimes when getting transferred to voice mail, the voice mail system would hang up for no reason and when I would get a call, there would be static on line. I was always told system was being worked on, but not sure what was going on.

Daniel **** did an excellent job in taking care of both myself and my car. He made sure I was kept updated on everything that was being done and the time frame for the work. He even repaired damage that I was unaware of to the vehicle.

Vehicle not running the same will follow up with my insurance company. . Also, I was informed Tuesday my car repair to anticipate by Thursday and then insurance company adjuster informed me Service King told them Wednesday. Then I received text at 12pm Wednesday that my vehicle ready. I can not leave work early. So because of this I had to pay out of pocket for an extra day to Enterprise rental car and then pick up my car on Thursday as planned.Please be consistent. I felt like I was in the middle of a battle or tug-of-war between car repair(Service King) and my insurance company (MetLife), at my expense.
