My car was not ready on time. I now have to take my car to another service king because this one didn’t get the paint job right, my rear door handle fell off the first time I try to use it, and there’s scratches and scrapes all over the interior. Overall very dissatisfied. Will not be going back.

Car was dirty on the inside from the workers and was not cleaned before being returned. Also the car was dirty on the outside with no sign of an attempt at a car wash before returning back to customer. Also staff was not the friendliest. It took forever for the guy to go back and get my parked car and bring it upfront to. Also I didn't have a deductible due to this being a insurance claim being paid by another company and they didn't know that even though they were told this by my insurance company and they still tried to charge me until I got upset and told them I wasn't paying and that they needed to get on the same page and call the insurance company.

Dennis Kuhn is a Joy to work with. He has been our service advisor for three different repairs. He has excellent communication, even to the point of using his personal phone to contact me and text me updates. He is a consummate professional and a joy to work with. The repairs were done well and efficiently.
