My alignment wasn't fixed as stated it would be so now I have to take my car back in to get it fixed. I also had a rental car to get this done and was going to have to get it again but decided to take my car with the repair not completed.

It took 2 months to complete my truck (a 2 week job) and everything I asked for wasn't completed. I'm not talking about free work. I'm talking about please also include this work in my repair. I will never go here again.

Appreciate the care both me and my vehicle received with Service King. We still noticed some hail damage to the top portion only the front grill and have noted this last Saturday. I have no doubt that this item will be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again for your professional service.

I picked up my vehicle, Nissan Altima from the body shop. Eventhough most of the external parts of the body we're done satisfactorily, I am surprised to find that they fixed my wheels without noticing that my tires weren't fine. I reported tire pressure problems when I left the service center, but in fact it looks like a deflated tire problem. Looks like my car needs to be taken back after I got it back in 10 days. Disappointed that they did not check the tire problem..
