This is my first experience with service king and everything went perfect. From Setting up the first appointment to handing over the insurance info , to keeping me up to date on progress it all went like clockwork. When I picked up the car all the paperwork was there and it was ready to go. The car looked great; all the repairs were done according to plan. So a great experience. I hope I don't have to go back, coz it would mean my car is damaged ,m, but will certainly recommend your place to others.

Very professional. I appreciate them stay in contact with me. I have only had the car a few hours, but it this point, all looks great. They stayed in contact with the insurance company to make sure all things were resolved

Lack of communication and what was communicated was not correct. Repair took way to long. Service king lack of taking responsibility for delays. Waiting on a return call from management.

Brandon was my representative. He did a great job communicating with me! They had issues with the parts they needed for my repair and Brandon kept me informed on the whole process. My repair was done perfectly and they even had my car cleaned when I picked it up. Overall I had a great experience.
