I've had two roaches in my car since picking the SUV up. I also have a rattle in the back when pulling out of my driveway. Ms. Judy Lawson has been a wonderful go to person. Jose did a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the arrangements with Enterprise for car rental and Liberty Mutual for insurance made everything go very smoothly - you have worked out a fine system that really benefits the consumer.

Had an auto accident and dealing with Allstate was the worst experience ever. Brought my truck to get fixed and Judy from Service King on I-45 in Spring was the best with keeping me updated about my truck. Overall satisfied.

I was impressed with the quality of work as well as the fast turn around. I was impressed with the text I received from service king. I was very impressed with Judy who represented my claim at Service King from the start. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the repairs, the length of time it would take and she had an answer for every question I had. Judy is very personal and friendly as she kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle at least once or twice a day. She did a grand job overall and should be commended.
