Try to order parts before dropping off car for service. Then , call customer to bring car in for service. Of course, you submit to insurance first for payment. Once payment arrives, order parts then call customer to set up repairs.

I had exemplary service from everyone on your staff. From the service representative, Josh, who is extremely forthcoming and informative, kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my car, to the woman at the front desk who was so polite and so helpful it made my experience with you totally stress free. Even the people at the "enterprise rental car" desk were courteous and helpful. Thank you for having your facility close to my home, it's a comfort to know I don'thave to go to the stereotypical repair shop.
