It took a bit longer than projected to get my vehicle repaired but judy lawson did a great job keeping us updated. She also explained everything in a understanding manner to my mother who only speaks spanish and i who only speak mostly english. I still continue to trust service king mainly because of their friendly and VERY helpful staff

I dealt with the assistant manager Chuck Tripanty (I apologize for the misspelling) however from the start he had a very good attitude, he was polite, professional and sure of what it would take to repair my vehicle and how much it would cost. The service was great and fast. I was impressed with the overall service that Chuck with Service King provided. Thanks again

Marvin was a GREAT representative of your service. He went above and beyond to always answer my questions. He also kept me in the loop on the status of my car. He made the difficult experience of not having your own car for over 35 days very easy. I would recommend Service King not only for its work but more importantly for its employees.

It took too long and the car is still not repaired properly. Always have come here and received great service no problems, was surprised at the problems and the length of time and the inability to competely fix the car.
