My 1st time dealing with service king as they were recommended by usaa.they were very informative as to the progress on the repairs and met their delivery date as promised. Jason white was friendly as well. Great job all around. I will definitely use service king in the future.

I was very pleased with the level of service Mr. Fernando provided. He was very vocal with me when it came to informing me about all the process my car was undergoing during the whole time my car was getting repaired. Nik Lowery was great! I received text and email everyday with an update on the repair. I work way on the other side of Houston, traffic was horrible and he waited after hours for me so I could get my car and return the rental car. He made it so easy! In glad USAA uses Service King!
