Jaycee's service was unparalleled. I can't say enough about how much easier the whole experience was due to having her as our point of contact. She's an asset to the company. The quality of the repair work was impeccable. When I found a tiny spot that had been skipped when it was repainted, it was fixed within minutes. I have a pretty keen eye for detail and I couldn't tell that anything had ever happened. Should this ever happen again, I'll be taking it back there.

Great job but I had a problem with the driver side rear fender. One of the srews were loose. I just took it out but will align it up properly with the hole later so it will stay in place. Also, the communication between finishing repair and painting the vehicle was off. I was told that the vehicle is headed to be painted at least twice. I was like, I thought it was already being painted when I received the second paint notification. Other that these things, a great job was done.
