The experience was great. I was told what to expect in terms of the work to be performed and when the work was to be completed. The estimates were accurate. The repair was fantastic since you can't tell there was any damage to the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use Service King in the future for any body work.

Was not notified why my car was going to take longer than expected to be completed. I know my service advisor was out on vacation this week but he never contacted me last week at all. Better communication person to person would be great.
