****) my car still has small problems. 2) Leslie at the front desk (Hispanic lady) hung up on me and told me she could get the corporates number. 3) it took **** Month and a week and half to complete it. 4) the only lady who was nice was the other lady at the front desk and took me to pay for my gas because it was on "e"

Roman was excellent. He kept me updated on my car repairs and helped get my car back to me when I didn't have a ride to the shop. He really went above and beyond, but what is amazing is that you can tell this was not 'above and beyond' for him- he views it as a part of his job. I will definitely recommend Service King!
