Actually I wasn't pleased as the service took way to long to my liking and had to pay extra on my rental car that I had, and I had the rental car for over a month and half and that didn't help me at all. The car after the service was done well and, once I drove it, it drive good and felt like new. I have yet to find anything wrong with it so good job.

First, David Sauceda was an excellent manager for our repair. He outlined the operation and timeframe. All was accomplished as presented and in the timeframe discussed. Continual texting emails and phone call kept us informed. The work was excellent and the auto looks great. The communication, with all the people we dealt with from first contact to completion, was exceptional.

Communication was fantastic! Service King emailed me every step of the way and called my husband when they were nearing completion. The staff was very friendly and professional. The estimated time of repair was up to 3 weeks and they exceeded our expectations by completing the work on ****. I love that this company advertises that they hire veterans. That is the main reason I decided to let them do my repair. Both my husband and dad are veterans. Thank you for the great experience! I will refer people to Service King.
