Location, and company name familiarity made me choose Service King. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and courteous. On-site rental car service is great. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience. Far as I can tell, the repairs were first rate. Thank you.

My only comment is that the car was scheduled to be done on 10/31, then 11/5 and then delayed again until 11/8. So far it seems that the repair job was good. Other than delay I found your staff to be efficient, helpful and respectful.
