Daniel did an excellent job communicating the process of how my car would be repaired and also did a great job communicating the progress. The repairs look great . I was surprised to find my car was cleaned inside and out and tires were shinned up. I’m very impress with Service King . I appreciate the superior customer service you all provided . My daughter Linda works for Car Max and she will refer you guys as the shop to repair their vehicles. I work for transportation school bus and we both have a busy schedule get off really late and we are greatly appreciated for everything that you guys did for us. I was amazed by the level of customer service you gave me. Even if you did a mediocre job on my car, I would keep coming back, that's how impressed I was. I never felt rushed to pick up my car and was given a text at every step of the process. Kevin at the south Austin location was very knowledgeable about not only the work being done but also on any future work I had wanted done on my Hyundai. He was very courteous and remembered who I was every time I called in. the staff was very accomadating. We live out in the middle of no where and I was not able to come in person to the shop, but they managed to take care of me by email and phone. the absolute best customer service I've ever received from a company. period.
