Everyone was kind, quick, and my car was done quickly. I was almost disappointed because I liked my rental car more than my car. They were extra kind and put on my new TX license plates. Overall would recommend and come back. Thank you

Daniel Dunn was extraordinary. He handled my situation professionally and better than I anticipated given the circumstances. The issue at hand was that someone damaged my vehicle in a parking lot, they left their information and wanted to avoid their insurance... I was uneasy about this, but received a quick quote from Daniel and passed it along to the person who hit my car and Daniel played middle man to get things in order. He handled communication, constant updates, and lastly the intricacies of a third-party payment for my repairs. It couldn’t have gone any smoother and the complimentary detailing was icing on the cake! I will definitely recommend Service King and Daniel’s professionalism in the future. I’d rate him 10/10 across the board!

The repair went roughly a week longer than promised. Once we get it home, the window falls into the door. We take the vehicle back and someone at your location uses cardboard to hold the window up. I have yet to be contacted about what is going to be done to complete this repair.
