The only truly enjoyable part of being involved in an accident. Your name says it all. Best customer service I've experienced with any business in many years. Kudos to Raymond Botello. Many thanks also, to Jackie and to the Enterprise agent inside your offices. Seamless customer care. Now, call my insurance provider and schedule to give them some training on how to build customer loyalty. I really can't mention their name, but their initials are State Farm.
