I really appreciate everything service king did thus far through the whole repair process with the car. Gave a good estimate date of when the car is supposed to be finished and completed everything beyond expectations for me to sign off on the car early. So far the car is repaired beautifully and I would recommend service king at round Rock to anyone

There was initially a mix up with my appointment but the location I went to gladly accommodated me. They were very kind and funny, they definitely made a stressful process easy. Many praises to Kenneth, he is a stand up guy.

Kenneth did a great job keeping me informed about the status of the repair, and letting me know my options. The team did an excellent job sourcing and prepping parts in a timely manner. (This is a little older car, so I imagined that it would be tougher to source) Fit and finish of the parts (post paint) and install appear better than I imagined. I've continually brought my vehicles to service king for repairs over the years, and will continue to do so!

I was mortified when I got rear ended after only having my brand new Kia Sorento for 2 months. But thank goodness the other drivers insurance had a working relationship with service king because it was the best experience I could have asked for and they took great care of my baby!They kept me informed via email, text, phone call and I couldn't have been happier with the end result and the customer service.
