My service tech David was great . I had planned on using south point collision to donthe work., but chose your shop after speaking with David. He made me feel like he would take great care of my vehicle. The job was completed Before the expected time and was a seamless transition.. I appreciate his efforts in doing so and the follow up calls and texts giving me status. I'm very satisfied..

Being forced to use the 800 number for scheduling was horrible. On the forth call someone finally answered. The team at the local shop were great. I will use a different company next time because of your policy everyone dispises.

When I arrived to pick up my suburban I noticed the wrong bumper was put on. The general manager walked out to greet me and I told him the problem. He said he would take care of it and it was replaced within a few hours. The second bumper was the exact match and I'm very satisfied so far. Also, my suburban was washed and tire dressing made the tires shine. That was an over the top service. Thank you.

David **** was very good in talking with me Regarding what the repairs were and cost to repair. From start to finish I was very please on how things Were handled. Loved the texted messages giving Me updates on repairs. I would definitely recommend Service King to anyone looking for a body shop!
