I asked to receive daily updates. I did not. I had to call and check on the progress. I was i itially told it would be ready on the 15th. I did not receive confirmation of completion. I called on tbe 17th and was told the bumper had just artived but it would probably be done by end of day. It wasn't. No contact. I called on tbe 19th at noon and asked. It was comoleged on tbe 18th but I was not told nor was I called tbe morning of the 19th. I should not have had to keep calling for updates.

They may have even washed my car including vacuuming it because I don't remember it being that clean when I dropped it off! A great experience including the rental car young man. Everyone there -from the receptionist to Marco, my service rep - were very courteous and friendly. Marco kept me up to date with the progress on my repairs and was very patient and sure I understood what was happening. The receptionist was always smiling and friendly and willing to help me in anyway she could. My vehicle looks like new and I'm very pleased with the service and attention I received. I appreciate their efforts. Hopefully I won't need to but I know where to go that I trust the service and that's very important.

I was given an appointment for my vehicle and I dropped it off and picked up a rental car. THREE DAYS LATER I call and they want to send it to another shop and have not even evaluated my vehicle. Now I am looking at additional rental cost out of pocket.

The job was finished earlier than promised and it looks great, so I left the bumper artjst a tip. The only thing I would recommend would be a courtesy car, I had to walk 20 minutes to the Mansfield location from my house.
