My advisor was great. He kept me updated and understood my need to have the repair as speedy as possible, and did everything he could to facilitate that. My car looked great when the repairs were complete. My advisor answered my questions and was very kind and personable. Great experience and I'll use Service King Mansfield again in the future if I ever need a repair.

**** is hanging down and half **** zip ****. Not placed back in proper wire loom or anything. Some how gained damage from wreck that wasn't covered either.

The overall service was good, but there was a two day delay due to an outsource repair of my specialty rim...it had to be sent back due to being painted the wrong color!

Even though my truck was "repaired and ready to go", the work that was "guaranteed" is still lacking a few pieces, to the so-called puzzle, in order to ultimately achieve the Service King Support I was promised. More parts, that are needed to complete the job, have to be ordered and I have a few other minor concerns, that will be addressed, at the point in which I have to take more time out of my schedule, to take my vehicle back to the shop, for job/claim completion.
