Justin was so nice and comforting that my car was safe to drive again. The Receptionist was also pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to take my car back if they did personal service and maintenance.

I greatly appreciate your team and the professionalism you all had from start to finish. You gave realistic expectations and over delivered from working with the insurance company, providing a rental company, and finishing the work ahead of the quoted time frame. My car was collateral damage in someone else's accident last Friday. These guys took it in Tuesday afternoon, stayed late last on a Friday night to finish it up and we got the buggy back this morning! Professional, courteous and excellent work. Gary was great at pickup and drop off, Jeff at the shop kept me well informed! Expectations exceeded.

We are very satisfied with Service King! Very reliable, company! They finished the work in a timely manner, and they let you know via text or email about the progress of the work and when the car will be ready! Staff was very professional and was ready to answer any questions . I’ve had my car done there in the past as well, and I won’t trust any other place but Service King! Thank you for a job well done, again!

The extra area of repair that I had done on my jeep and paid for out-of-pocket was left with a paint chip so that was a little disappointing. The 25 minute wait for a rental car with one person in line was also a little disappointing. But I do have to say that the customer service was excellent.
