Existing problem with front passenger side headlight. Said problem was from wear and tear, but problem didn't exist until after the accident. Make you wonder what is going on after 40 plus years with Farmers Ins. When the other party was at fault.

Eric did a fantastic job on the work and on communicating with me. Having my rental car available at the same location was very convenient. Also, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. She remembered my name, who I was, my car and was a pleasure to work with.

The team at Service King was great. They genuinely cared about me and my car. Steven kept me constantly informed on the status of my car throughout the whole process. They did not rush to complete the work. I appreciate that. I picked up my car yesterday afternoon and have been happy. Thank you!

The blasting country music in the lobby makes me not want to come back. The constant text messages to my husband, on my phone #, about my car were very annoying.

At first I went to the location in Tollesin, AZ, that was one if the wrist experiences I've had in a long time. Though they were only a mile from my house I chose to go to the location on Bell Rd, the people there were professional, punctual, caring, and in general made the whole experience wonderful. I'm horrible with names, but the gentleman I dealt with through the entire experience provided feedback, updates, and kept me informed through the whole process. I'll recommend this location for any and all needs. I will also say the text messages that were periodically sent were cute and gave me a smile. Thank you for your service and professional and quick turn around.
