Kelly is amazing. If it wasn't for her I wouldve lost it a long time ago. My car was there for over 2 months. I just got it back and there's still parts we are waiting on to come in. I was give. The option of bringing the car back after the parts came in, so that is what I am doing. I understand things take time to order and receive but I think over two months is too long to have a car. Also being told something was replaced when in actuality it wasn't is uncalled for. I do not blame kelly for this at all as I feel she is being told something and she has to relay the message. Also shylynn is wonderful. Always so pleasant when she answers the phone. Customer service is top notch, but the actual repair and length leaves a lot to be desired.

The car repairs and paint look great...my big disappointment was the extra repairs I asked Eric to give me an estimate on, specifically touching up the paint chips on the hood. He just gave me a verbal estimate at our first meeting and didn't pursue it any further. I was willing to pay extra cash out my pocket, an opportunity for you to make more money and you didn't even try to work with me?? John K

Every aspect of working with service king was excellent. It was great having enterprise on site. It was really great having a USAA representative Kelly to help work with the insurance company. It was an excellent outstanding experience. Kelly did a great job.

Car was repaired beautifully! They had some issues with parts suppliers, so it took longer than expected. They kept me updated all along the way. Great people, professional service.

Car returned with ****/4 tank gas, not cleaned. Repair seems fine. A couple of scratches on black part above door, had to call to pick up at the end of the scheduled day. But otherwise ok.
