The only thing I thought the technicians could have done better was to make sure the tool box was secured before releasing the truck. If I hadn't opened it to put away some tools at the shop, I would have drove off and it would have slid around while driving. Other than that, everything was great. I appreciated the updates as the repair was going on.

Both of the service advisers that worked with me were very friendly; easy to work with; very professional; and assisted me in determining what I needed to do and seeing that it got done. My care was ready earlier than expected; there was a small flaw in one door which Tom caught during my inspection and took care of it while I waited. I hope I don't require your type services again soon, but if I do, I will certainly be back. Glynn H
