Everyone, Jason, the scheduler(Amber I think)and the front desk lady were super helpful and kind. Also, the car was returned clean and shinny, so thanks to the clean-up crew. No body moved my radio station either. Thank you. If I had to have this experience - Service King eased the pain.

the work done looks nice - the staff was very professional. my car did take a few days longer than expected due to the wrong part being shipped. the second mishap, was that my driver door lock did not work properly as it was in a bind after a door molding was applied. however, your staff addressed the issue right away, picked my car up from my job & returned it to me. so despite the mishaps, it appears to be a good job. :)

I was kept up to date almost daily on what was going on with my car and whenever I texted or emailed Bob, he got right back to me with an answer. I even got my car back quicker than expected.

Donnie and the lady at the front desk, I think her name is Pat, were awesome! They both made me feel welcome and like family. I will definitely come back and recommend them to others. My car looks great too. Donnie kept me updated on the progress of my car which I really appreciated. Great experience!

Donnie Berger wins by a mile!!! Enterprise POC needs some more training, or maybe just the knowledge of who is better equipped to answer a question than just face value of the computer screen.

Donnie was fantastic. Continous updates, kept me informed and was over all very helpful and easy to work with. My truck looks great after the crew made all repairs. Great organization!
