I really enjoyed the lady at the front desk. She was very likable and easy to talk with. The man who took over my car problems, Bob, was very helpful and easy to work with. He was very patient, and explained things clearly. I'm very happy that the process was quicker than anticipated, making it apparent the whole team is highly efficient. Thank you very much for taking care of me so well.

Robert was a very professional ,friendly and concern guy he wanted to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy about leaving my car, he said that he would take car of every they I was very satisfied with my service and I would use them again also he said if I saw something later I could give him a call . All three of the Service King employees I had contact with bent over backwards to be friendly and they each explained all that I needed to know about the needed service to my car. The dents in the right rear door area looks like new. Thanks so much. Donnie Berger is a great guy to talk to as were the others. This is the 2nd time I have enjoyed the services of Donnie with my car. :-)

Originally I felt I didn't understand process and forms required to sign...like the fine print (added couple of lines at bottom of form seemed sketchy) and didn't get calls back as promised. Once Blake took over all my questions were answered, calls returned and car looks great. Original contact was uncomfortable and o almost didn't leave my car.
