At first when I was dropping my car off I was kind of on the fence about having my work done here, and that all my parts would be replaced with OEM PARTS. I've never heard of Service King and never been in a vehicle repair situation. Then came DeWayne! He answered all my questions without me evening have to project them from my own mouth. He made this situation a F***ing Amazing one! Excuse my language but it's all in good excitement because when I picked my car up it was way better then expected... I want to personally thank DeWayne and all the techs who worked on my car. I appreciate the honesty and timely repair to my vehicle. Now I'm back on the road and you guys have earned a new customer. I will definitely recommend Service King to all my friends and family!

Only prob was that bumper was not same as one I had (did not have rubber guard on it but had a thin decal. Your shop is ordering correct piece. I'll have to make another trip to SK when it comes in. Nice job on cleaning my car
