Krystle and Manny were wonderful. Please adjust the automated text message system. At 9am it told me that my car would be ready in 11 days. At 6pm it said my car was ready.

I was very satisfied with the work Service King performed on my car, and I was very impressed at the updates letting me know what process was being done on any given day. I found that to be very helpful in scheduling my daily activities. One of your employees ... KRYSTLE PLACE.... couldn't have been any nicer and she took such special care to make sure that everything with the repairs and all the Insurance details were handled in a professional manner. The Service King staff member, Krystle Place, was very helpful, kept us informed on the status of the repair, and did not rush through explaining the work that was done. She is very knowledgeable about the process and customer service. Also, on the few times that I did call this location, every other employee that I spoke to was nice and welcoming.

Dropped off my car running. When it was time to pick my 2004 Envoy up. It wouldn't run. It was not able to be driven. Thank you service king on covington pike for ruining my vehicle! I will not be coming back or referring anyone!

Excellent customer service provided by Krystal Place at both intake and pickup of our vehicle. She was most helpful in explaining both the process and timeline for our repairs. By far the best experience and outcome I have ever had at any auto repair facility. Excellent work. My vehicle was spotless at pickup.
