The car looks good after the repairs. I don't see any issues with the workmanship. The repair was finished in good time, and even before other places had quoted me as start dates. You guys worked with my insurance directly, so that was another thing I appreciate being off my plate.
The only thing I would have for an improvement is more concrete updates in text messages, such as estimated date of completion or any issues that come up. At one point I was told 'We are nearing completion'. A couple of days later I called to see how things were looking and was told a part was on back order, which could have been conveyed in the status text.
Overall I'm very happy with the repair. Thanks for your service!

Your text messages are wrong. The one at 7:00 this morning led me to believe my vehicle was ready for pick up. I drove over to get it and it isn't done. So, the text I got after that thanking me (thinking I'd picked it up) wasn't accurate, nor is this one (for after pick up survey). The communication was almost nonexistent or wrong.
