The needed car part was not ordered in time to make sure it was there for my scheduled appointment. I was quoted that it would take two days for the service but because the piece was not there it took four business days. Also when I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait because it was not ready. I thought communication lacked from The company. On a positive note I was very pleased with my initial meeting regarding the estimate. They were prepared for me and the meeting did not take long at all. Also when I dropped off my vehicle for service I was pleasantly pleased that my rental car was waiting and ready to go.
