Being my first accident in my brand new car none the less, I was pretty shook up about the hole situation. So to have such a calm and professional, organized crew ment the world to me. From the minute I got there with my damaged Ford edge me and my car were treated with the upmost urgency. The same proffesionalizm and urgency was present the hole time she was being repaired. Constant updates. Friendly crew. Towards the end there was a hang up in my wiring only a couple days. But it's been weeks with no car for me. Since the day of the crash. Acknowledging my struggle I was promptly put into a very nice Curtousy car. It was a life saver. Even with my car done just two days later. Great job. Truly a great job.
