I would say that this has been the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. Miguel and all the staff did an amazing job. I hope I don't have to see you again but if I go anywhere for body shop work I would come to Izzie's

There was a certain manager that did not help us out. We are friend's with Izzie so we expected more. Also, there was a technician, or a phone person (male) that could have been much more helpful if he was less defensive, and listened more to what us as customers were saying. On the repair, as far as we can tell, everything looks great.
