They were amazingly friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't finished were my backup sensors didn't work the day after I picked it up. But they just told me to bring it back I next week. Otherwise they were great and I'd come back if I need something worked on in the future.

In transport, there was damage to the front grill. The driver had to know that he hit something on the highway. I have been assured that there is not additional damage underneath the car by your representative and he is ordering a new grill. The car was delivered without the interior cover to the hatch door which came in just after I picked the car up. When I returned with the grill problem, it was installed. A short time later, I had to return once again. The rear hatch door did not latch well enough to keep the dash 'door open' light from coming on without 'slamming' it to close it. The hatch door would not lock. The lights (which are supposed to 'flash' when the doors are locked or unlocked) do not function. The car was obviously released without any type of thorough going over to check for completion of a quality job and therefore a quality job was NOT delivered! Your representative on West Markham has assured me that all of these things will be taken care of and that he wants me satisfied. His presentation is the reason that I chose your company to do the work. He has always been very respectful and cordial and continues to be so in a less than optimum situation. I have no reason not to believe that Gwatney will take care of this situation in time. However, it seems like two weeks should have been plenty of time.

Wonderful service and outstanding staff. I sincerely believe them when they sat that if the are not providing 100% they will not be doing their job. They delivered 110% or more. And, delivered my care one full day before the due date. In the future, should I loose something as simple as a hub cap, they, and no one else, will replace it. YOU GUYS ROCK! You are a shining example of what customer service is all about. Thank you.

Took over two weeks to get car back. In addition, my airbag and service engine lights were on when car was picked up. Neither of these lights had ever been on prior to car being dropped off for repairs!
